Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Aimlay Pvt. Ltd. The position is full-time. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales role and be proficient in CRM software, cold calling, and voice processes. The primary responsibility is to drive sales growth and develop strong client relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in CRM software is required to manage customer information and track sales processes efficiently.
- Experience in cold calling to initiate contact with prospective clients and to secure new business opportunities.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey information and engage with clients actively.
- Experience in a voice process environment, handling inquiries and providing solutions promptly.
- Excellent sales skills to understand client needs and offer suitable services and packages.
- Ability to build and nurture client relationships, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Problem-solving skills to address client concerns and provide effective, timely solutions.
- Organizational skills to efficiently manage workloads, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Aimlay's educational services and generate interest.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and requirements.
- Effectively manage and utilize CRM software to track interactions and update client information accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss sales strategies, challenges, and market trends.
- Provide after-sales support and handle client complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Regularly follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into paying clients.
- Identify new trends and opportunities within the educational sector to maximize sales revenue.
