Job Overview

Unimax International is seeking a dedicated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Rohini. This is a full-time junior position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience. As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide vital support to our sales team, ensuring seamless operations and excellent client service.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales or coordination role within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in order processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in managing sales orders and documentation.
  • Strong follow-up communication skills to maintain effective contact with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience in client coordination to facilitate smooth information flow between clients and the sales team.
  • Ability in vendor management to coordinate supply chain activities and maintain robust vendor relations.
  • Proficiency in delivering comprehensive sales support to assist the sales team in achieving targets and objectives.
  • Must have a background in construction (Mandatory skill) to provide industry-specific insights and solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete order processing cycle from receiving orders to ensuring successful delivery to the client.
  • Provide constant support to the sales team through effective communication and administrative assistance.
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure their specifications and expectations are met in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with vendors to arrange timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data, client interactions, and communications for future reference.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for internal and client meetings.
  • Work closely with other departments to address and resolve any issues related to the sales process.
  • Update and maintain client relationship management systems to support the sales process effectively.
