
B2B Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
Identify and engage potential clients through multiple channels, including YouTube comments on our channel, Instagram messages, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Proactively conduct outreach via direct messaging, emails, and calls to initiate contact and generate new business leads.
2. Sales Pipeline Management
Maintain and update leads in CRM and other lead management tools.
Nurture leads through effective communication and targeted follow-ups to convert them into business opportunities.
3. Product Demos & Presentations
Prepare and deliver compelling demos or presentations to prospects, showcasing our digital marketing services.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of ClickLocal's products and solutions to potential clients.
4. Deal Closure & Onboarding
Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close deals with prospective clients.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, technical, client servicing) to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
5. Client Relationship Management
Monitor client onboarding, gather feedback, and provide ongoing support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
6. Market & Industry Research
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and competitive landscape.
Offer insights for refining sales strategies and identifying new growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (Marketing, Business, IT, etc.). A diploma or certification in marketing/IT is a plus.
2. Experience
2–6 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
Experience in EdTech, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or related industries is preferred.
3. Technical & Marketing Know-How
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools/platforms.
Understanding of the sales process, lead nurturing, and conversion metrics.
4. Communication & Negotiation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Personal Attributes
Self-driven, proactive, and highly motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Quick learner, optimistic, and adaptable to changing market dynamics.

6. Team Collaboration
- Adept at coordinating with internal teams (creative, technical, account management) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
