Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify market potential, establish new accounts, and build an efficient distribution network for the West region.
  • Drive sales growth by developing and implementing monthly and quarterly business plans to achieve volume, value, and market share targets.
  • Strengthen customer relationships by identifying and prioritizing key accounts, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Regularly monitor and analyze sales data to identify gaps, opportunities, and performance insights for strategic action.
  • Collect and share customer, market, and competition intelligence to shape future sales strategies.
  • Identify both struggling and successful sales practices to improve sales metrics and optimize team performance.
  • Proven sales experience and knowledge of HoReCa and Modern Trade, including familiarity with current trends in sales methods
  • Visit potential and existing clients to promote offerings, negotiate contracts, and enhance brand presence.
  • Lead, mentor, and train sales teams, ensuring capability development and effective onboarding of new members.

Who Were Looking For:

  • 10-12 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or Food Industry.
  • Strong exposure to HoReCa and Modern Trade (MT) channels with knowledge of regional market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success in building distribution networks and managing large sales territories.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
  • Leadership qualities to motivate teams and drive performance.
  • Excellent in handling Data Analytics.
