Were expanding our Sales & Business Development team and seeking passionate education counsellors who can drive results through webinar-based sales. Leads, training scripts, and presentations will be provided.

Role Overview

This is a Part-Time (Remote) role with the potential to transition into a Full-Time opportunity for high performers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging sales webinars and education counselling sessions with prospective students (leads provided).
  • Prospect and qualify target professionals or students based on their career goals and learning needs.
  • Counsel and convert leads into paid learners through persuasive communication and rapport building.
  • Manage the sales process from initial outreach to closure.
  • Update daily progress in the CRM and achieve monthly conversion targets.

Requirements

  • Strong skills in education counselling, persuasion, and closing sales.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2C or EdTech sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English proficiency).
  • Familiarity with Zoom, CRM tools, and webinar sales techniques.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.

Work Schedule

  • Days: Sunday & Wednesday (2 hours/day) — choose one or more days.
  • Time: 7 PM IST or 11 AM IST
  • Mode: Zoom & Cold Calling

Who Can Apply

  • Available for remote / work-from-home engagement (part-time to full-time ramp-up).
  • Interested in a commission-based role with potential to move into full-time salaried position.
  • Can commit for a minimum of 2 months initially.
