Role Description

This is a Full-time on-site role for an Administrative Manager who will be responsible for managing the administrative functions of the office, warehouses and manufacturing plants, and oversee the daily operations. The Administrative Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, organizing travel arrangements for employees, managing office budget, personnel management, and office equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities:

  • Ordering and managing office supplies routinely as per requirement and handling AMCs of Air conditioning, Water Purifier, etc.
  • Managing travel arrangements, Flight booking (Domestic & International) and well versed with applying International Visa.
  • Maintaining data in an appropriate manner and updating it timely.
  • Responsible for resolving Internet and Telephone, Mobile related issues.
  • Maintain various agreements, documents, forms and formats as per predefined formats.
  • Ensure that quality and cost control is maintained in all departments.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliances like renewal of government licenses, insurance, credit card payments etc.

Candidate Profile

  • Excel Skills Tested in Interview: DATA FILTER, DATA SORT, VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLE

  • Full comprehension of office manage software and procedures

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills

  • Experience in administrative management

  • Exemplary planning and time management skills

  • Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

  • Discretion and confidentiality

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
