Role Overview
TRU Realty is seeking an experienced Admin & Facility Manager to oversee end-to-end administrative operations, facility management, and procurement activities across its offices and project sites in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, timely support to all departments, and efficient management of administrative resources and personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all administrative functions including office setup, facility management, asset tracking, and maintenance.
- Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring cost efficiency and vendor reliability.
- Supervise general administration staff including GREs, support staff, and maintenance personnel.
- Ensure smooth functioning of front office, housekeeping, pantry, and security operations.
- Coordinate administrative support for project and corporate teams, ensuring timely assistance and task completion.
- Handle repairs, maintenance contracts, renewals, and service agreements for company assets and offices.
- Monitor budget utilization for admin and facility operations.
- Enforce company policies related to workplace safety, hygiene, and general compliance.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and local authorities for facilities and operational requirements.
- Act as the key point of contact for organizational-level admin tasks to ensure seamless operations and timely execution.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in administration, facility management, or operations within real estate, corporate, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven ability to manage offices, vendors, and multi-location administrative functions.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and people management skills.
- Working knowledge of procurement systems, budgeting, and administrative compliance.
