Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales,

lead a team, and achieve business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hardcore

sales and business development, excellent team management skills, and a proven track record of

achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

 Drive client acquisition and conversion to meet revenue targets.

 Lead, motivate, and manage a team of minimum 3 members to ensure achievement of individual

and team goals.

 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

 Handle client inquiries and provide solutions to ensure maximum satisfaction.

 Monitor team performance, provide training, and resolve queries effectively.

 Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

 Track market trends, competition, and provide inputs for business expansion.

 Prepare and present sales reports to management.

 Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

 Male or Female, Age up to 40 years.

 Minimum 3 years of proven experience in hardcore sales & business development.

 Prior experience in handling and leading a sales team (minimum 3 members).

 Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

 Self-motivated, result-oriented, and team leader with problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
