The Account Manager (NAM) serves as a strategic partner to the Corporate Security team and acts as the single point of contact for G4S across all client sites. The NAM works in close coordination with the client to oversee security operations, ensure compliance, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison for G4S across all locations, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure 100% adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements across all sites in India, in alignment with the law of the land.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and ensure compliance with KPIs and the Master Service Agreement (MSA); develop and implement corrective action plans where needed.
  • Operational Excellence: Provide day-to-day operational support for contracted sites, ensuring services are delivered as per the defined scope in the MSA.
  • Invoice Accuracy: Oversee accurate and timely invoicing, minimizing billing errors and maintaining financial integrity.
  • Salary Disbursement: Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries to all personnel deployed at client locations.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify operational risks and collaborate with local teams to address and mitigate them.
  • Emergency Support: Participate in special projects, disaster recovery, and emergency response efforts as needed.
  • Audit & Reporting: Support and execute internal/external audits; maintain documentation and compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Issue Resolution: Monitor and report potential service delivery issues; recommend and implement service improvements.
