Direct Responsibilities

  • Recruitment to Onboarding Process
  • Facilitate on job training of operation operators / staff training as per calendar.
  • Implement and Monitor adherence of the HR Policies at plant level.
  • Ensure adherence of safety measures & well being of Employees at the plant.
  • Ensure 100% timely adherence to the statutory & legal compliance.
  • Ensure all applicable returns are deposited as per timeline checklist.
  • Ensure adherence & Maintenance of statutory records by contractors.
  • Ensure the service quality of Gen Admin, HK, Pantry, Canteen,& security
  • Liaise with Govt, Agencies, civil & Local, bodies for the better pull relation.
  • Comply with IATF, Safety, & all HR Audit recommend.
  • Contract agreement & renewal within time line.
