Job Title: IT Executive

Experience Required: Minimum 3+ Year

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive with at least 3+ year of experience to support our IT infrastructure and end-users. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting issues, maintaining hardware/software systems, and ensuring network and data security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to users for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain local networks to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
  • Support in managing Windows/Mac systems, software licenses, and regular system updates.
  • Handle basic server administration tasks under guidance.
  • Perform regular data backups and assist in disaster recovery operations.
  • Ensure IT assets are updated and properly documented.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support.
  • Maintain CCTV, biometric systems, and other office technology infrastructure.
  • Respond quickly to service issues and requests, ensuring minimal disruption.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 year of hands-on experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with antivirus tools, Microsoft Office, and remote desktop applications.
  • Good understanding of LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, routers, and switches.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
