Job Title:
Finance & Accounts Manager

Location:
Noida (Candidates residing in or near Noida preferred)

Experience:
8–12 Years (Minimum 3–4 years post Chartered Accountant qualification)

Industry Preference:
FMCG / Trading

Experience in FEMA, IND AS, International Tax ( Singapore ) or UAE, UK, US will be plus, Intl compliances, managing intl banking

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting & Compliance:
  • Lead the preparation and finalization of financial statements in compliance with
    Ind AS
    and
    IFRS
    .
  • Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings.
  • Coordinate with statutory auditors and internal auditors.
  • Accounting Operations:
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations.
  • Implement internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor cash flows, working capital, and treasury operations.
  • Taxation & Regulatory Compliance:
  • Manage
    International Taxation
    , including Transfer Pricing, DTAA, and withholding tax compliance.
  • Oversee direct and indirect tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies and government filings.
  • Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis:
  • Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Provide insights into business performance through MIS and financial analysis.
  • Partner with business teams to drive cost optimization and margin improvement.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor the accounts team.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth finance operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)
    with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Total work experience:
    8–12 years
    in Finance & Accounting roles.
  • Proven exposure to
    Ind AS, IFRS
    , and
    International Taxation
    .
  • Industry experience in
    FMCG
    or
    Trading
    sectors is
    mandatory
    .
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Residing in
    Noida
    or nearby locations is preferred due to the office-based role.
