- Identify and develop new clients for recruitment and staffing services.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the recruitment team to deliver suitable candidates.
- Negotiate terms of business and close deals effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Maintain records of client communication and business development activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or client acquisition (preferably in a recruitment or HR firm).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and talent market trends.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
