We are looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who are driven, persuasive, and passionate about building meaningful client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Identify, research, and target new business opportunities across international markets.
  • Engage decision-makers, introduce Flyers Soft's services, and qualify prospects based on defined criteria.
  • Maintain accurate lead and pipeline data in CRM tools.
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to schedule meetings.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and conversions.
  • Follow the international outbound sales process and adapt communication to different cultural and business contexts.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in the international outbound sales process (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, excellent spoken and written English are mandatory.
  • Ability to confidently engage with international decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Directors).
  • Comfortable working in shifts to align with global time zones.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation tools, CRM systems, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Goal-oriented, resilient, and self-motivated.
  • Software sales experience is a strong plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience working in IT services, SaaS, or technology consulting.
  • Familiarity with tools like , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Understanding of enterprise-level B2B sales cycles.
