About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Manager to join our fintech/payments team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of RBI guidelines, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations, and KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements applicable to the Indian fintech and payment ecosystem. This role is critical in ensuring our business operates in full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:  Regulatory Compliance: o Ensure end-to-end compliance with RBI Master Directions, PPI guidelines, Payment Aggregator/Payment Gateway regulations, and other relevant circulars. o Monitor changes in the regulatory landscape and proactively implement changes to internal policies.  KYC/AML Oversight: o Manage and continuously improve KYC/AML programs in line with RBI and FIU-IND guidelines. o Conduct customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and periodic reviews. o Implement and monitor transaction monitoring systems to flag and report suspicious transactions (STRs) to the FIU.  Internal Policies & SOPs: o Draft, update, and enforce compliance policies, SOPs, and internal controls. o Ensure that all departments and teams are aligned with compliance frameworks and are trained appropriately.  Audits & Reporting: o Lead internal and external audits related to compliance, including statutory and regulatory audits. o Prepare and submit timely reports to RBI and other regulatory authorities. o Maintain compliance records and documentation for inspections or audits.  Stakeholder & Cross-functional Coordination: o Work closely with Product, Operations, Legal, Risk, and Customer Support teams to ensure regulatory compliance across all verticals. o Act as a compliance advisor during the launch of new products or partnerships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
