This is a full-time role for a "Financial Compliance Specialist" located in Bhubaneswar. The Financial Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that the organization's financial operations comply with regulatory requirements. Their day-to-day tasks will include managing a team of "Financial Compliance Associates" , ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with various departments to address compliance issues. Guide and Lead a team of Financial Compliance Associates in Book-keeping on Tally-Prime and maintaining meticulous financial records. Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Leverage accounting software to efficiently manage company finances and streamline processes. Manage GST, Income Tax and MCA compliances , ensuring timely and accurate filings. Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Manage Internal Control Audit of clients at a regular interval. Proven expertise in preparing financial statements and managing journal entries. In-depth knowledge of accounting software and financial principles. Comprehensive understanding of GST, Income Tax MCA regulations and filing procedures. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. CA Inter Qualified or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience in a CA Firm, business advisory, or financial management environment is highly desirable.
