The Financial Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that the organization's financial operations comply with regulatory requirements. Their day-to-day tasks will include managing a team of "Financial Compliance Associates", ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with various departments to address compliance issues.What You'll Do:- Guide and Lead a team of Financial Compliance Associates in Book-keeping on Tally-Prime and maintaining meticulous financial records.- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.- Leverage accounting software to efficiently manage company finances and streamline processes.- Manage GST, Income Tax and MCA compliances, ensuring timely and accurate filings.- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.- Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment.- Manage Internal Control Audit of clients at a regular interval.What You'll Bring:- Proven expertise in preparing financial statements and managing journal entries.- In-depth knowledge of accounting software and financial principles.- Comprehensive understanding of GST, Income Tax MCA regulations and filing procedures.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.- Excellent organizational and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- CA Inter Qualified or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.- Experience in a CA Firm, business advisory, or financial management environment is highly desirable.Why Join Us?Be part of a team that values innovation, ethics, and social impact.
