Role Description This is a full-time role for a "Financial Compliance Specialist" located in Bhubaneswar. The Financial Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that the organization's financial operations comply with regulatory requirements. Their day-to-day tasks will include managing a team of "Financial Compliance Associates", ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with various departments to address compliance issues. What You'll Do: - Guide and Lead a team of Financial Compliance Associates in Book-keeping on Tally-Prime and maintaining meticulous financial records. - Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. - Leverage accounting software to efficiently manage company finances and streamline processes. - Manage GST, Income Tax and MCA compliances, ensuring timely and accurate filings. - Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment. - Manage Internal Control Audit of clients at a regular interval. What You'll Bring: - Proven expertise in preparing financial statements and managing journal entries. - In-depth knowledge of accounting software and financial principles. - Comprehensive understanding of GST, Income Tax MCA regulations and filing procedures. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. - Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - CA Inter Qualified or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Experience in a CA Firm, business advisory, or financial management environment is highly desirable.
