We are looking for a meticulous and knowledgeable Account Manager Taxation & Finance to oversee and optimize the company's financial health, particularly focusing on taxation (GST, ITR, ITC, TDS) and strategic tax planning. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with financial accounting, regulatory compliance, and will help us explore ways to legally reduce GST liabilities while ensuring full compliance with government regulations.Role & responsibilities :Financial Accounting & Reporting• Maintain and manage general ledger, trial balance, and balance sheets.• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per applicable standards.• Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits. Taxation & Compliance• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.), TDS returns, and Income Tax Returns (ITR).• Ensure accurate calculation and timely payment of GST, TDS, Advance Tax, and other statutory dues.• Handle Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation, reporting, and optimization.• Work with government portals like GSTN, TRACES, and Income Tax Portal. Tax Planning & Strategy• Proactively analyze and implement strategies to legally reduce GST liability through effective tax structuring.• Advise management on tax savings, deduction planning, and eligible exemptions.• Stay updated with the latest tax laws, circulars, and amendments impacting fintech and digital businesses. Vendor & Client Finance Coordination• Manage invoicing, vendor reconciliations, and tax deductions at source (TDS).• Oversee taxation-related matters in B2B, merchant settlements, and partner payouts in compliance with fintech and payment regulations.
