Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This crucial role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HR processes, with a strong focus on optimizing our HR technology, managing employee benefits, and leveraging HR data for strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities 1. HR Systems and Technology (HRMS/HRIS) HRMS Evaluation & Optimization: Regularly evaluate the existing Human Resources Management System (HRMS/HRIS) portal for efficiency, user experience, and feature utilization. Recommend and implement system improvements or modules. Performance Appraisal System Management: Configure, maintain, and manage the performance appraisal cycle and processes within the HRMS portal, ensuring alignment with company policy and legal requirements. Data Integrity: Ensure high levels of data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems. 2. Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll Structure Employee Insurance Management: Serve as the primary administrator for all employee insurance and benefits programs (e.g., health, life, and accident insurance). Manage vendor relationships, conduct annual enrollment, and ensure compliance. Payroll Collaboration: Possess a working knowledge of the payroll structure and processes to effectively collaborate with the Finance/Payroll department, ensuring accurate and timely employee compensation changes, deductions, and reporting. 3. HR Analytics and Reporting HR Analytics: Apply knowledge of HR analytics to collect, analyze, and interpret HR data (e.g., turnover, engagement, time-to-hire, performance metrics) to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management. Reporting: Develop and maintain regular HR dashboards and reports on key operational metrics for stakeholders. 4. Core HR Operations and Compliance Onboarding Process Management: Manage and continuously improve the employee onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and timely completion of all system-related and compliance documentation. Policy & Compliance: Ensure all operational processes, particularly those related to the HRMS, benefits, and data management, comply with relevant labor laws and company policies. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: Proven experience (6+years) in an HR Operations, HRIS, or similar specialist role. Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience evaluating and managing HRMS/HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, etc.). Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability in HR Analytics ; comfortable working with data, generating reports, and deriving insights. Process Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of core HR processes, including performance appraisal systems, payroll structure, benefits administration, and onboarding . Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical or complex information (like insurance or system changes) to employees at all levels. Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
