Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Delegate Sales Executive to drive delegate registrations for our international summits. You will be responsible for identifying potential attendees, engaging C-level executives, and presenting the value of participating in our global platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate delegate registrations through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify and research target companies, industries, and key decision-makers
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Communicate the value and benefits of attending ICSA summits to prospects
- Achieve monthly and quarterly delegate sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track all sales activities
- Coordinate with marketing and production teams for lead alignment
- Provide market feedback on delegate needs, industry trends, and competitor activity
- Represent ICSA professionally in all client interactions
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with senior-level executives
- Proven experience in B2B sales, event/summit sales, or inside sales is an advantage
- Excellent research skills for identifying leads and opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not mandatory
