Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Sponsorship Manager located in Delhi, India. The Event Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing sponsorship opportunities, building relationships with prospective sponsors, creating customized sponsorship proposals, and managing ongoing sponsor partnerships. Additionally, they will closely collaborate with the event team to ensure smooth planning and execution of sponsorship activations during events. Budget management and performance tracking of sponsorship programs will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Event Marketing and expertise in creating strategies to drive sponsorship success.
  • Strong Communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in Event Management and Event Planning to ensure the seamless execution of sponsorship activities.
  • Knowledge of Budgeting to optimize sponsorship funds and effectively allocate resources.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in managing sponsorships or sales for events is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
