Job Description: Fundraising & Sponsorship Executive

Organization: Koti Welfare Trust

Location: Delhi (Field + Office-based)

Position: Full-time

Experience: 1–5 years in fundraising, telecalling, corporate partnerships, or sales preferred

Role Overview

The Fundraising & Sponsorship Executive will be responsible for mobilizing resources through Face-to-Face fundraising, Telefundraising, and Sponsorship acquisition for events and programmes. The role demands strong communication skills, target orientation, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with individuals, corporates, and institutional partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Face-to-Face Fundraising

Engage with individuals in public spaces, corporate parks, events, and communities to present Koti Welfare Trust's programmes.

Inspire potential donors to support through monthly, annual, or one-time contributions.

2. Telefundraising

Call prospective donors, existing supporters, and leads generated through campaigns.

Clearly communicate programme objectives, impact stories, and funding needs.

Convert leads into committed donors and maintain high call quality standards.

3. Sponsorship Acquisition for Events

Identify, research, and approach potential sponsors (corporates, SMEs, local businesses).

Nurture corporate relationships and ensure sponsor expectations are met.

Coordinate with internal teams for sponsor deliverables during events.

Key Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal communication (English and Hindi).

Strong persuasion and presentation skills.

Ability to engage confidently with diverse audiences.

Experience in sales, fundraising, or customer engagement.

Target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated.

Basic understanding of CSR, NGO fundraising, and event sponsorships (preferred).

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Social Work, Business, or related fields preferred).

Experience in fundraising, telecalling, sales, business development, or events sponsorship.

Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for social impact are encouraged to apply.

Work Conditions

Combination of field visits, office work, and calls.

Occasional weekend work during events.

Travel across Delhi NCR based on campaign needs.
