Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager for MommyFest who can independently drive sponsorship sales, manage social media marketing, and support overall business growth. The role requires hands-on experience in events, strong sales acumen, and the ability to manage both online and offline marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead
    sponsorship sales
    for upcoming MommyFest editions by identifying, pitching, and closing brand partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, exhibitors, and partners.
  • Plan and execute
    marketing strategies
    for MommyFest events (pre-event, during event, and post-event).
  • Manage and grow MommyFest's
    social media presence
    across platforms (content planning, coordination with designers, posting, engagement).
  • Support
    offline marketing activities
    including on-ground promotions, partnerships, and tie-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for creatives, campaigns, and event execution.
  • Track marketing performance, leads, sponsorship closures, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Handle overall sales activities related to MommyFest, including online and offline revenue streams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in
    event marketing, event sales, or brand partnerships
    .
  • Proven ability to close
    sponsorship deals
    and vendor partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of
    social media marketing
    and digital engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced event environment.
  • Creative thinking combined with a strong sales mindset.

Good to Have

  • Prior experience working with
    festivals, exhibitions, or consumer events
    .
  • Existing brand or sponsor network.
  • Basic understanding of digital ads and influencer collaborations.
