  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector (residential, commercial, infrastructure, EPC, etc.).
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calls, client meetings, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and government bodies.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and bids aligned with client requirements.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to align strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (project, engineering, finance, and legal) to ensure smooth project execution post-acquisition.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, client interactions, and revenue forecasts in CRM systems.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of the construction industry, EPC projects, and infrastructure sector.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in construction/real estate/engineering services).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Market research and analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
