We are looking for a seasoned Learning & Development professional to lead, design, and execute enterprise-wide L&D initiatives, with a strong focus on behavioral and soft skills training across the organization. Please note: this role does not include sales training (don't want sales trainers). Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central Learning Partner for key enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Design and deliver learning interventions aligned to business needs (TNA/TNI), focused on behavioral and soft skills
  • Full ownership of L&D projects including planning, budgeting, analytics, and vendor management
  • Collaborate with HR leaders, business partners, and training leads across functions
  • Lead engagements with vendors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to processes
  • Measure and communicate impact through regular reporting and stakeholder interactions

Qualifications:- Graduate degree required; post-graduation preferred- 8-10 years of HR/L&D experience, with at least 5 years in core L&D- BFSI / IT / Telecom industry experience preferred
