We invite you to join us and be part of our growth journey. What are we looking for? We are seeking a Senior IT Manager to lead our Global Service Management Team.

The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of proven experience in global infrastructure management and team leadership. This is a strategic role that requires exceptional problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of IT systems, and the ability to drive organizational efficiency. As a Senior IT Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping IT strategies and ensuring the highest level of performance, security, and reliability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities : Leadership & Strategy :

  • Define and implement future state technology roadmaps to drive scalability, cost-efficiency, and quality.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize infrastructure initiatives supporting business growth.
  • Mentor and develop IT team members to enhance their skills and foster a collaborative culture.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative technologies that add business value.

Infrastructure Management :

  • Oversee global IT operations and ensure optimal performance of systems and networks.
  • Implement robust security measures to protect data and networks from threats.
  • Administer data backup processes, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity strategies.
  • Conduct IT audits, troubleshoot issues, and establish best practices for IT resource utilization.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT hardware and software assets.

Technical Expertise :

  • Manage Windows operating systems, networking concepts (LAN/WAN/WiFi/DNS), and hardware installations.
  • Configure and maintain cloud services like Azure and Office365.
  • Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place and vulnerabilities are remediated.
  • Utilize tools like MS Teams, SharePoint, and ServiceNow to streamline IT operations.

Must Have :

  • Experience : 8 to 15 years in IT management roles, including global infrastructure and multiple project handling.
  • Team Management : Proven ability to lead and mentor IT teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Technical Skills : Expertise in operating systems, networking, cloud services, security protocols, and troubleshooting.
  • Problem Solving & Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive approach to problem resolution.
