This position is critical for the successful deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance of advanced network infrastructure, including Cisco SD-WAN, Network Security, and Aruba Central solutions. As a Senior Implementation Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that our client's network systems are optimized, secure, and running at peak performance. You will also serve as the primary technical resource, working with both internal teams and clients to resolve complex technical challenges and drive the success of network deployments.

This role requires a candidate with 5 years of experience in network deployment and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Cisco SD-WAN, network security best practices, Aruba Central, and hardware lifecycle management. The ability to work in a collaborative, client-facing environment is essential, as is the ability to drive automation and improve network performance through innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configuration & Deployment : Lead the deployment of Cisco SD-WAN solutions, configure network security solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructures.
• Troubleshooting : Effectively diagnose and resolve complex network issues related to SD-WAN, network security, and hardware lifecycle.
• Aruba Central : Leverage expertise in Aruba Central to provide efficient network management and ensure smooth operations for clients.
• Hardware Lifecycle Management : Oversee the management of hardware lifecycle, ensuring all equipment is up-to-date and performing optimally.
• Automation : Implement automation techniques to streamline deployment and troubleshooting processes, enhancing overall efficiency and reducing time-to-resolution.
• On-Site Coordination : Coordinate on-site installation, configuration, and troubleshooting efforts, working closely with client teams to ensure high levels of satisfaction and successful project completion.
• Customer Support & Communication : Provide high-level customer support, offering technical guidance and ensuring all queries and concerns are addressed promptly.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, network engineers, and clients to ensure smooth execution of Qualifications & Skills :
• Experience : Minimum of 5 years in network implementation, troubleshooting, and deployment.
• Expertise in Cisco SD-WAN : Deep understanding and hands-on experience in deploying and managing Cisco SD-WAN solutions.
• Network Security Knowledge : Proven experience in implementing network security solutions to safeguard enterprise networks.
• Aruba Central Expertise : Familiarity with Aruba Central platform for managing and troubleshooting networks.
• Hardware Lifecycle Management : Experience in overseeing the lifecycle management of network hardware (including upgrades and replacements).
• Automation Skills : Proficient in utilizing automation tools and scripts to enhance network deployments and issue resolutions.
• Troubleshooting Excellence : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of resolving complex network issues.
• On-Site Coordination : Ability to work independently and coordinate efforts with client teams on-site, ensuring smooth execution of projects.
• Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Certifications (Preferred) : Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCIE) or equivalent, Aruba certifications, and knowledge of network security standards.

• Cloud Solutions : Understanding of cloud networking and integration with SD-WAN, specifically working with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
