Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a CRM Voice position, for our Client, located in Chennai
.

The CRM Voice role involves managing customer relationships through effective communication, analyzing customer data to improve sales strategies, and assisting in project management activities.

Daily tasks include handling customer queries, recording customer interactions, and providing feedback to the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
  • Analytical Skills to assess customer data and sales performance
  • 2 to 3 years Experience in CRM & Sales
  • Pleasing personality
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM software and understanding of sales processes
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
