About the Role:

We are seeking an immediate joiner who is an enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Customer Support team. This role involves providing world-class support to our global customers through voice channels. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails/chats from international customers.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate product/service information and troubleshoot customer issues effectively.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
  • Log and track customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet performance targets including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer support (international voice/non-voice preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal & written).
  • Strong problem-solving, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work in night shifts/rotational shifts to support global customers.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools.
