Job Title: Customer Support Associate International Voice Process

Location: Chennai

Experience Required: 1 Year (International Voice Process preferred)

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic customer support professionals with prior experience in international voice process to handle inbound and outbound calls for global customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via voice calls in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Provide accurate information related to products, orders, deliveries, returns, and billing.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively within defined SLAs.
  • Escalate complex queries to higher support levels when required.
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and call quality.
  • Document call details and update CRM tools accurately.
  • Adhere to process compliance, policies, and guidelines.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral/US accent preferred).
  • Ability to handle international customers with patience and empathy.
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce/retail processes is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate / Undergraduate (with relevant experience).
