About the Role:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead with 4 or 5 years of experience in Technical recruitment and end-to-end hiring. While IT recruitment is preferred, the role will also involve hiring for non-IT and support functions. Prior exposure to product-based companies or tech-driven environments will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full recruitment cycle for both IT and non-IT roles.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and culture fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical/non-technical panels.
  • Maintain hiring pipelines using ATS or Excel trackers.
  • Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with employer branding and recruitment campaigns.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4 or 5 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Experience in IT hiring is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Prior exposure to product-based companies or startups.
  • Strong sourcing and screening abilities across functions.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and deliver within deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools or recruitment management systems.
