Job Summary

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales by identifying potential clients, presenting property solutions, and closing deals. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and promoting Oneplusvastus portfolio of properties.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Acquisition:

  2. Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

  3. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.

  4. Property Presentation:

  5. Showcase properties to prospective buyers, highlighting features, benefits, and investment potential.

  6. Conduct site visits and provide detailed information about the property, location, and amenities.

  7. Sales Process Management:

  8. Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal.

  9. Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

  10. Relationship Building:

  11. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

  12. Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

  13. Target Achievement:

  14. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  15. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.

  16. Market Awareness:

  17. Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

  18. Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve sales strategies and campaigns.
