Role Summary

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Managers (Closing) to join our high-performing real estate sales team. The role focuses on lead conversion, negotiation, and deal closures for residential projects in Pune. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in real estate or high-value B2C sales with a strong record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up diligently on assigned leads to ensure timely conversion into sales.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and personalized consultations with clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals, effectively addressing client objections and concerns.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce CRM.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and offers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns for assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to optimize the sales funnel and enhance customer experience.
  • Represent the brand at customer engagement events, exhibitions, and site activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred.
  • Experience: years of experience in real estate or high-value B2C sales.
  • Proven success in sales closure, negotiation, and revenue achievement.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and mentor junior sales executives.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite.
