Job Summary

The Sales Manager, Zoho ERP & Business Suite Implementation, is a strategic leader responsible for driving the sales of Zoho's comprehensive suite of business applications, with a specific focus on ERP and related solutions. This role is crucial for leading a sales team to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities, particularly with small and mid-market clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the Zoho ecosystem, a strong understanding of business processes, and a proven track record of sales leadership in the SaaS or IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets for Zoho ERP and other integrated business solutions.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet individual and team goals.

  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.

  • Foster a high-performance sales culture centered on collaboration, accountability, and customer success.

  • Business Development & Pipeline Management:

  • Actively engage in high-level sales conversations and negotiations for the projects.

  • Oversee the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a healthy and predictable forecast.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and channels for growth within key industries.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and refine lead generation campaigns and sales materials specific to the Zoho product line.

  • Zoho Product Expertise & Solution Selling:

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the entire Zoho ecosystem, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Creator, and the overarching Zoho One suite.

  • Demonstrate how Zoho's integrated solutions can solve specific business pain points and drive efficiency for clients.

  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to create compelling, customized solution demonstrations and proposals.

  • Client & Stakeholder Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.

  • Represent the company at Zoho-specific events, industry conferences, and networking functions to build brand recognition.

  • Ensure a seamless transition from the sales process to the implementation team for successful project delivery.

  • Reporting & Analysis:

  • Utilize Zoho CRM and other business intelligence tools to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and generate accurate sales forecasts.

  • Provide regular, data-driven reports on team performance, market trends, and competitive insights to senior management.

  • Use insights from sales data to optimize strategies continuously and improve team performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and business development, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management or leadership role.

  • Proven track record of success in selling SaaS or software solutions, specifically with a focus on ERP, CRM, or similar business applications.

  • Experience with Zoho ERP modules (Zoho Books, Inventory, etc.) is highly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of business processes and a consultative selling approach.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Leadership: The ability to inspire, coach, and guide a sales team to achieve peak performance.

  • CRM Proficiency: Expert use of Zoho CRM for pipeline management, forecasting, and team oversight.

  • Problem-Solving: Resourceful in identifying client challenges and mapping them to effective Zoho solutions.

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and managing internal stakeholders.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
