About Us:

We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a highly skilled Zoho Specialist to help us maximize the capabilities of Zoho One. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across multiple Zoho applications, with a strong focus on Zoho CRM, Zoho Flow, Zoho Sign, and Zoho Social, as well as a solid understanding of the broader Zoho ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, customize, and optimize Zoho CRM to support sales, marketing, and client management initiatives.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows in Zoho Flow to integrate systems and improve efficiency.
  • Configure and manage Zoho Sign for secure, streamlined document management.
  • Oversee and execute campaigns through Zoho Social, ensuring seamless integration with other marketing tools.
  • Provide support, training, and best practices to team members on Zoho applications.
  • Develop custom dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business intelligence.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend Zoho solutions to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Zoho tools are aligned with business needs.
  • Stay current with Zoho updates, enhancements, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Zoho Specialist or Administrator, with hands-on expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Flow, Zoho Sign, and Zoho Social.
  • Strong working knowledge of other Zoho One modules, such as Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Campaigns.
  • Ability to design, build, and optimize workflows, automations, and integrations across Zoho apps.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support end users.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Zoho certifications or advanced training.
  • Experience with API integrations between Zoho and third-party applications.
  • Background in sales, marketing, or business operations to understand process requirements.
