Job Title: Zoho Analytics and CRM Specialist
Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Responsibilities**
**Zoho Analytics**:

- Design, develop compelling reports & dashboards using Zoho Analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance in all reporting activities.

**Zoho CRM**
- Manage & optimize Zoho CRM system to align with business objectives & enhance user experience.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on Zoho CRM best practices.
- Implement and customize CRM features to meet specific business requirements.

**Integrations**:

- Ensure seamless integration between Zoho Analytics & Zoho CRM to maximize the efficiency of data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting & CRM needs across the company.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, Zoho updates, emerging technologies to recommend and implement improvements.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and CRM functionality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in utilizing Zoho Analytics for advanced reporting and data visualization.
- Strong proficiency in Zoho CRM administration and customization.
- Solid understanding of business intelligence concepts and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
