Responsibilities:Configure and customize Zoho applications (CRM, Projects, Creator, etc.) to align with business processes and objectives.Integrate Zoho applications with other systems and third -party applications as needed.Design and implement workflows, automation, and scripts using Deluge or other scripting languages.Manage user access and permissions across Zoho applications.Perform data migration, ensure data integrity, and support data management tasks.Generate custom reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision -making.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho applications to end -users.Stay informed about new Zoho features and functionalities and evaluate their potential for adoption.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.Ensure security best practices and compliance with data protection regulations within Zoho applications. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.Proven experience as a Zoho Administrator or similar role.Strong technical skills in configuring and customizing Zoho applications.Proficiency in scripting languages such as Deluge for workflow automation and customization.Experience with data management, integration, and reporting within Zoho applications.Excellent analytical and problem -solving abilities.Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho Certified Developer) preferred but not required.
