We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual with hands-on experience in - **Zoho CRM and advanced Excel.**

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily management and maintenance of Zoho CRM platform.
- Monitor, clean, and update sales data to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Create dashboards, reports, and automation workflows within Zoho CRM.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to streamline lead and

opportunity tracking.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, deals, and follow-ups.
- Use advanced Excel features (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) for data analysis and

reporting.
- Ensure data integrity across systems and support in decision-making through insights.
- Train team members on Zoho CRM usage as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Zoho CRM.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Dashboards, Lookup Functions, etc.).
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM functionalities.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
