About the Role :We are looking for a Zoho Consultant to design, implement, and optimize Zoho applications (CRM, SalesIQ, Campaigns, Analytics, Desk, Projects, and more).The consultant will serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring that our Zoho ecosystem supports business growth, sales productivity, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities :- Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and map them to Zoho solutions.- Implement, customize, and integrate Zoho apps (CRM, SalesIQ, Marketing Automation, Desk, Books, etc.)- Automate workflows, design blueprints, and create custom modules.- Integrate Zoho with third-party tools via APIs, webhooks, and marketplace connectors.- Build dashboards, reports, and analytics for actionable insights.- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support.- Stay updated with Zohos latest features and suggest improvements to maximize ROI.Required Skills & Experience :- Proven experience (3- 6 years) as a Zoho Consultant / Zoho Developer.- Hands-on expertise in Zoho CRM Plus and other Zoho apps (Campaigns, Books, Creator, Analytics).- Strong understanding of workflow automation, APIs, telephony and other integrations.- Experience with CRM customization: fields, layouts, automation, scoring rules, territory management.- Knowledge of sales and marketing processes, lead management, pipeline tracking.- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
