Job Summary

We are seeking a Zoho Developer with hands-on experience in customizing and integrating Zoho applications. The role involves developing workflows, automation, and reports while also advising on the best Zoho solutions to support evolving business requirements. You will collaborate with different teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and business-driven solutions within the Zoho ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Books, Flow, Projects, Analytics, etc.) as per business needs.
  • Implement Zoho apps, features, and configurations that align with organizational requirements.
  • Automate processes and build custom workflows, functions, and approvals using Deluge scripting.
  • Integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms and services via APIs.
  • Design and manage modules, layouts, fields, blueprints, reports, and dashboards.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity during migrations and integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Zoho solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and provide technical support for Zoho applications.
  • Document all customizations, workflows, and integrations for internal knowledge sharing.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Zoho product updates and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience working with Zoho applications.
  • Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting.
  • Hands-on experience in creating and customizing workflows, functions, and reports within Zoho apps.
  • Familiarity with API integrations.
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience across multiple Zoho apps (Zoho Flow, Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Analytics, People, Projects, etc.).
  • Knowledge of data migration and mapping best practices.
  • Understanding of business process automation and workflow design.

Soft Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand business needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new Zoho capabilities.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
