We are now looking for a
MICE Sales Manager
to strengthen our corporate client base and drive growth in our
Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE)
segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and drive sales within the MICE segment.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, associations, and event organisers.
- Understand client requirements and prepare tailor-made proposals, presentations, and budgets.
- Work closely with operations and travel teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor insights, and industry innovations.
- Represent ExpressEarth at client meetings, networking events, and trade shows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Travel, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of proven experience
in MICE sales, corporate travel, or event sales. - Strong client network and ability to generate leads.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and a team player.
