Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage MICE events, from venue selection to post-event reporting.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and offer solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service quality.
  • Prepare and track event budgets and timelines.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Handle client communications and provide on-site support during events.
  • Gather post-event feedback and provide improvements for future events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in MICE.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage budgets and deadlines effectively.
