Role Overview

We are seeking a
dynamic, detail-oriented, and passionate MICE Operations professional
to join our team. The role will involve managing end-to-end execution of high-end MICE projects—ranging from intimate incentive trips to large-scale corporate gatherings, retreats, and destination experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end
    planning, coordination, and execution
    of MICE projects (domestic & international).
  • Work closely with the sales/design team to
    translate client briefs
    into seamless operational plans.
  • Liaise with hotels, DMCs, venues, airlines, and suppliers
    to ensure best-in-class arrangements.
  • Budgeting & cost negotiations
    while ensuring premium quality standards.
  • On-ground management of events and trips to guarantee
    flawless client experiences
    .
  • Handle
    logistics, travel operations, event production, and hospitality
    for groups ranging from 20 to 500+.
  • Create
    detailed itineraries, rooming lists, transfer schedules, and event timelines
    .
  • Manage
    vendor relationships
    and build long-term partnerships.
  • Anticipate and solve last-minute challenges with
    calm, solution-oriented thinking
    .

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of experience in
    MICE operations, luxury events, or corporate travel
    .
  • Strong vendor network and proven expertise in
    group logistics & event execution
    .
  • Excellent
    communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
    .
  • Ability to
    multi-task, manage pressure, and handle high-profile clients
    with discretion.
  • Willingness to travel internationally
    for project execution.
  • Attention to detail and passion for delivering
    world-class experiences
    .
