JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Name: Banking Sales
Employment Type: Full-Time
Willingness to work in rotational shift
Eligibility Age Criteria: Age: 18 – 35 years
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma
or 10th +2 years of ITI
Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer requests, queries, and complaints effectively through inbound calls.
Candidate should not have MTI, Ability to write and understand English, Ability to write, speak and understand regional language as specified, Good Analytical Skill.
Update call logs and maintain records in the system.
Shift Timings:
Rotational Shifts in Day (08:00 AM to 08:00 PM)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13, ₹16,500.00 per month
