
Field Sales Executive

As a Field Sales Executive in Real Estate, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, showcasing properties, and closing sales deals. This role requires you to be on the move, actively engaging with prospects, fostering client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels
- Schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective clients
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate property recommendations
- Negotiate and close property sales deals
- Maintain an updated knowledge of market trends and properties
- Prepare and deliver presentations about the real estate market and properties
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of listings and contacts
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements
- Attend networking events and industry functions to build relationships
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or similar sales role
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and property laws
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid real estate license or certification is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
