Role Summary

A Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, guiding prospective buyers/renters through property selections, and closing deals. They act as the front‐line point of contact for clients and drive revenue growth through direct sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads via phone, referrals, digital channels, open houses, and networking.
  • Understand and present residential/commercial properties to clients, highlighting features, pricing, legal aspects, amenities, neighbourhood benefits etc.
  • Conduct property site visits with potential buyers/renters.
  • Prepare sales proposals, offers, and negotiate terms to close deals.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads until closure.
  • Handle client documentation (agreements, due diligence, approvals).
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (property laws, local regulations).
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, property values.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, lenders, legal advisors.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (in Sales, Marketing, Business, Real Estate or related field) preferred.
  • Experience: Usually 1-3 years in real estate sales or a related field; experience in high volume sales or customer-facing roles helpful.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Customer-centric, service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to close deals.
  • Good organizing/planning, ability to multitask.
  • Basic understanding of real estate contracts, finance, legal implications.
  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, possibly real estate listing tools.

KPIs / Performance Indicators

  • Number of qualified leads generated per month.
  • Number of site visits conducted.
  • Conversion rate (leads to clients).
  • Value of sales closed.
  • Customer satisfaction / feedback.

Other Requirements

  • Must be comfortable with travel / property visits.
  • Flexible work hours; weekends and evenings often required.
  • Valid driving license may be needed.
