**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and increase revenue on various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
- Manage and optimize product pricing, promotions, and campaigns to maximize visibility and conversion rates
- Monitor key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, traffic, and sales trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with the marketing and listing teams to ensure alignment between product listings and sales goals.
- Manage customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market research to stay updated on competitors, pricing trends, and consumer preferences
- Develop promotional campaigns, seasonal sales strategies, and cross-selling/up-selling initiatives to enhance sales performance
- Generate sales reports and provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies and performance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in e-commerce sales, managing your own sales operations or working independently on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce sales techniques, marketplace algorithms, and promotional strategies
- Experience with e-commerce tools for sales analysis and campaign management
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
