**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate content, images, and SEO keywords
- Monitor pricing, inventory, and order fulfillment to maintain healthy account metrics
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and deals to boost sales
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock, packaging, and order dispatch
- Respond to customer queries, reviews, and resolve issues promptly
- Analyze sales data, generate reports, and recommend strategies for growth
- Keep track of new trends, competitor activities, and marketplace policy changes
- Manage advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, etc.) and budgets
- Ensure compliance with platform rules and DSIT Solutions’ standards

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience managing e-commerce accounts (preferably Amazon, Flipkart)
- Strong understanding of online marketplace operations and policies
- Proficient in MS Excel and e-commerce management tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO is a plus
