Role Overview
Seeking dynamic and result-driven professionals to join our
Bank Channel Sales team
. The Relationship Manager (RM) will be responsible for driving client acquisition through partner bank branches (Bandhan Bank & Unity Bank), managing relationships, ensuring KYC activations, and achieving revenue and acquisition targets.

This role offers a fast-paced environment with direct exposure to clients, cross-selling opportunities, and clear growth into leadership positions.

  • Key Responsibilities
    Drive
    client acquisition
    through assigned partner bank branches (Bandhan Bank and Unity Bank).
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with bank branch staff and customers to ensure consistent business inflow.
  • Achieve targets for
    KYC acquisition
    , fee income, and revenue growth.
  • Promote Centrum's full suite of offerings – Equity Broking, PMS, Mutual Funds, and Depository Services.
  • Ensure
    client activation and onboarding
    within timelines.
  • Adhere to
    compliance, documentation, and operational discipline
    as per company and regulatory standards.
  • Provide
    training and product support
    to bank branch teams to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Actively contribute to
    channel activation and business expansion
    within the assigned geography.
